At SugarCane Jeans, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the original denim items with all tags attached into the shipping mailer and include the printed packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and secure it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
