How do I find the perfect fit?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart with specific measurements. As raw denim can shrink slightly after the first wash, we recommend checking our 'Fit Guide' to decide between true-to-size or sizing up for a relaxed look.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by location but generally range from 7 to 14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed, unworn jeans with original tags attached. Please note that customized or hemmed denim is final sale and cannot be returned.
How should I wash my raw denim?
To preserve the dye and shape, we recommend washing as infrequently as possible. When necessary, hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent and hang to air dry. Avoid the dryer at all costs to prevent excessive shrinkage.
Do you offer hemming services?
Yes, we offer professional chain-stitch hemming on select styles. You can specify your desired inseam length at checkout; however, please remember that hemmed items are not eligible for exchange or return.
